Installation was surprisingly easy, took me less than 30 minutes with basic tools, and it fit my toilet perfectly. The adjustable water temperature and pressure are amazing. And the warm water wash feels so much cleaner and more comfortable than just using toilet paper. The heated seat is a luxury I didn’t know I needed, especially during colder mornings. Been using this bidet seat for about a week now... and wow, it’s actually really nice. The warm water + heated seat makes mornings way more comfortable, esp when it’s cold out. Install was mostly straight forward but i did struggle a bit with lining up the bolts and the hose part... Love that the nozzle self-cleans before/after use, feels more hygenic and just better overall. Dryer is ok... not super powerful, but it helps if you give it a few seconds. The media could not be loaded. This is a very good value, especially since most comparable seats on the market are sold at twice the price of this item, even at wholesale clubs. Initially, I was a bit worried that the bracket would not fit my toilet, since the toilet tank curves out slightly and isn't straight as the diagram as noted. Despite the bracket sliding in below the tank itself and being covered, it doesn't prevent the bidet seat from being mounted properly. The only thing you have to make sure of is to tighten the screws down enough that they will allow the seats to slide through. Unlike most traditional bidets that require themselves to be sandwiched in between, this is an all-in-one seat that relies on a slide-on-off bracket for mounting. This means that the screws themselves wouldn't loosen over time (due to the unique pressure hold mechanism), and also wouldn't rock back and forth, causing the seat to loosen or move around over time. The elongated model also fits my Niagra Stealth elongated toilet without bulging outward, and the size was just right, similar to the OEM toilet seat. I also really like the enclosed tees since they are hand-twisted, and I do not need to use any tools or tape to get a secure seal between the tank and the wall. It was a leak-free installation on the first try, which I was quite pleasantly surprised. There were also screws and adapters of varying sizes that came with the package, but I didn't have to use them for the installation. As far as the seat itself, the water and air temperature controls work as expected. The temperatures actually can get quite hot even during winter times, so I usually keep both at the first level, and it is quite pleasant at this level. The pressure was also quite strong, and I feel like the "soft" function does about the same level of pressure as a non-electrified bidet. I am guessing that during the initial startup, the bidet stores a small tank of water in which it warms and maintains the temperature of (similar to an instant water heater at the source), so this water can be immediately available when you request it. Perhaps the ECO mode that comes with it lowers the temperature threshold when not in use to save some energy. The nozzle, like most other electric bidets, hides itself after cleaning and washes the nozzles inside the compartment to prevent contamination. The slide on/off bracket design also allows you to slide the unit off with ease to clean underneath the seat without any tools or screwdrivers needed. I am loving this. We had a Smart Bidet for years and got this one when there was an electrical short and we needed to replace it. I didn't think it would be possible to like this one more, but I do. It is well made, easy to clean, sleek and so comfortable. There are gentle settings, I actually like the child setting the best. My hub likes more pressure and it is easily adjusted. I have Crohns Disease and this is not something I want to ever live without. I miss it when I travel! I am cleaner, more comfortable and the warmth of the water and the heated seat is oh so luxurious. It even has an optional night light. There is nothing better than a warm seat on a cold winter day... we will never not have one of these incredible bidets. Highly recommend! Read more
