The Dash Cam has been amazing and this filter has performed just as advertised. There is a noticeable before and after difference in image quality of the dash cam videos. The filter effectively eliminates much of the glare caused by the sun, which would be of great importance in capturing critical details in the event of an accident. Definitely recommend purchasing it along with the Rove R2-4K Dual Dash Cam system. Read more
This was easier to install than expected. Works great. Wish I had it a day sooner. I was hit in the parking lot and had a $5k repair bill. If I had ordered this sooner, I would have saved myself a lot of money. I thought it would interfere with my view, but it doesn't. This is by far my favorite dashcam ive had. Its so easy to use, so easy to set up, and it downloads videos SO FAST. No more sitting there waiting and waiting for videos to download. The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased the Rove R2-4K Dual twice over the past two years. Both times, the camera worked well at first — decent video quality and useful features. However, each unit only lasted about a year. After that, it started having issues and eventually stopped recording properly. I initially thought the first one was just defective, but the same thing happened with the second unit. Because of this, I have concerns about long-term reliability. A dash cam is something you rely on daily, so durability is very important. Overall, it’s okay in the short term, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something that will last. Read more
