Love this product! I have an array of clients that I make programs for online and a recurring issue they have is not being able to perform the vertical pulling exercises due to not having suitable equipment for pull ups. Now I will be able to refer them to this product. It's very sturdy and as a heavier calisthenics athlete this makes me feel secure when performing exercises with it. I had another door way pull up set but it was not sturdy and it made me feel uncomfortable doing pull ups with it. It passes my luggage test! I can easily breakdown this product and fit it snuggly into my luggage. If a product doesn't pass my luggage test it doesn't really do me any good. Because I'm traveling so often I need equipment that can be accessible from virtually anywhere. If I'm in a hotel room and need to perform pull ups I can throw this in the doorway of my bathroom and I'm ready to get an intense workout. Nice! This is one of those products that I wish I had invented myself. It's very clever and simple. The assembly is easy, and my only criticisms are relatively minor. The main thing is, the product does the job that it's designed to do! Here's the criticism: The assembly diagram is hidden inside a pamphlet titled: "Workout and Nutrition Guide". That information is useful, but going crazy searching for the assembly sheet is not. (Also included is a nice wall chart with useful information). Now continuing my "criticism", the 4 bolts that are supplied have a square-shaped underside. Two of the longer bolts are supposed to fit into a round hole in the bars. And it works. It just isn't the world's most sophisticated hardware or engineering concept to fit a square peg into a round hole. The other two shorter bolts do sit inside a square receptacle, but it's a foam material and can be easily stripped, so make sure it's seated snugly before tightening or it can result in a bolt that rides around instead of tightens. Also make sure the two male & female horizontal bars fit together tightly before you bolt them down. I can't use until I hear back from the company on HOW to install the dang thing. The instructions are dodgy, there are zero video online of how to do this. Nothing on the manufacturers website either. It says on the box easy to install and take down in seconds. Yet the instructions show you have to screw a part into the door frame, but they don't tell you exactly where it goes (middle, left right). In fact it's really difficult to see in any photos or videos if this is even needed. Looks great, but be warned, there's no customer service on this thing. Read more
The bar is OK. I'm using it with my pull up bands. I'm uncomfortable using all my weight on it. It makes creaking noises every time I try (am I 160lbs so I'm not near the max weight listed.) Assembly was a small headache. It comes with instructions that were just pictures. No words. Read more
I have been using this for 8 years now! Doing pullups and stretching Its stronger than wooden door frames so it leaves indents but you can remedy this by putting some kind of material to act as a cushion. I use some rubber I have from projects or foam from packages! Read more

I received mine promptly, started putting it together, soon to realize that I was missing one of the tools, the wedge piece, as well as 2-3 other bolts and nuts. Attempting to return but cannot find a suitable place to drop off for UPS in my area. I wanted to try this really badly, but I'm probably going to end up tossing it out, or finding someone with enough craftiness to make it work without the missing pieces. Read more
