Hey Rubbermaid - it would be super cool if it were made clear that this product doesn't include the panels. Maybe throw in a picture of the actual product you are selling, not what it looks like if I manage to track down the panels. Your advertising is very misleading, which leads to disappointed customers. Read more
product is missing the side panels, the point of the panels is to look ascetically pleasing and to block wind. in order for this product to match description i have to spend another $200 to buy the panels that were to be included in the product. Read more

The can came with no sides, just the plastic insert and lid. This is not what I was sold. Read more
I ordered these also thinking that the panels came with it. If the panel's are separate they should not be shown in the picture. This is very deceiving to the customer. Read more
I ordered this product based on what it looks like in the picture, but if you read the fine print it tells you that the side panels are sold separately. I figured for as much as I am spending on the trash bins, it should have came with it. Oh well, I guess I'm going to have to order the panels now. Read more
When I finally received these they had the BIG lid and the plastic trash can (much smaller than the lid) of a gray plastic. It looked like the liner. No outside at all. Said shipping weight was 55 pounds, what I received was maybe 5 pounds each. Very disappointed. Read more
This is a total scam. I liked what I saw. Received the cheap plastic skeleton without panels. It is not usable. When called for help, was told that have to buy panels for additional $200. Not good. Read more
