Rubbermaid Commercial Products Slim Jim Trash Garbage Can with Venting Channels 23-Gallon Red for Kitchen Office Workspace

This recycling bin is exactly what I wanted but didn't know I could buy one. I thought these only came from your local recycling organization. Imagine my joy to find it on Amazon. The seller's information is correct (I mean, it's Rubbermaid, so of course it is.) so I'm not going to repeat that information. The facts are I needed a sturdy, nonleaking recycling bin for my kitchen. One that was narrow and tall. This does the trick and I love that I could choose from various colors. It holds about a week's worth of recycling for the two of us. I especially appreciate the carrying handles on the bin. They are smooth to hold and balanced just right for me to easily carry the bin. Because of its sturdiness, I can take this bin straight to our car then take it to the recycling center for our once a week visit. (No curbside recycling where I live.) If and when it needs to be cleaned we can spray it outside with the hose then let it dry in the sun. This bin a tough and I expect it last for a good many years. We purchased this trash bin, the hinged cover that is available to go with it and the cart on wheels that fits this bin - it is an exceptional combination, pricy but so convenient. The entire ensemble comes to the exact height as the counter top, which means easy clean up, fewer spatters onto the lower cabinet doors and because the cart has wheels, we just roll the bin to the backdoor, lift out the trash and put in the outside trash bin. Ok so I really wanted this trashcan but was scared it would be too big or bulky for my kitchen... I LOVE IT! So glad to throw out that cheap old Walmart trashcan. Y’all and narrow, holds a lot. Definitely purchase a lid. We got one that is in hinges. So far the product has held up. We put a giant sticker on the side representing our football team on a red pail with blue lid. Matches perfectly. Read more

I love the shape and size. If it is full it is easy to carry outside with the extra handle on bottom. We get lots of compliments on this in our kitchen. Size wonderful. I wish you had burnt red this is bright. We love it is very durable for the money. Read more
