PERFECT can for everything, filled smaller one too fast and bags slipped off. This one holds larger bag, keeps bag up and no hands to open, never smell it seals nice, I love blue and just right shade, very sturdy, have accidentally knocked over without it spilling out or damage to can !!!!! Love it! This is an exceptional trash bin! I love it so much! My dogs cannot get into it (little poms) they used to LOVE to knock over my other can, and make a HUGE mess! Now, they CAN'T! Thank you so much!! It is very very durable, well made and strong. What more could you ask for? Everything works great. I love the inner liner, easy to put in a bag and pull it back out. functionality is terrific. Read more

Pros; It does hold a 30 gallon bag quite well. Cons; The lid hinge failed the first time I used the pedal!!! Guess Rubbermaid is trying for the "Suckiest Engineering of a High Priced Product" award. If so, they've certainly got my vote! Added Note: Have discovered that in addition to designing the lid to pop off on first use, the Rubbermaid Grotgeneers appear to have an aversion to letting the customer re-attach the lid. They accomplished this by careful placement of various ridges and extrusions which do an outstanding job of preventing the insertion of any but some really exoticly structured vicegrip jaw which might fix the problem. Am accordingly reducing the thing's rating to 1 star. Read more

Appropriate for most kitchen decors, the hunter's green foot-operated-lid recycling lid enclosure has a damped closure, and comes with an easy-remove hard liner that can be used without a bag for no-plastic-bag recycling, or with a bag for ordinary trash. It's a huge improvement for neatness in our kitchen and a complement to our decor, which is natural wood with Corfan counter and sink, and tan appliances. Read more

I received my trash can today, and std or tall kitchen bags definitely won't fit. The inner bucket is 28" tall, 91/2 inches wide, and 22 inches deep front to back. Even my 33 gallon bags won't fit; the bucket is too deep, and if anything heavy is tossed into the bag, it will break through the bottom.. So the search is on for a bag that will handle the capacity of this trash can. It's a nice, good design, but there was no recommendation as to what size bag was needed to fit it, and right now, it's a toss up between the 33 gallon bags, and using the huge leaf bags for gardening use. Unless someone can point me towards a bag that will fit this, I'm going to have to use garden refuse bags for this giant trashcan. Read more

Perfect for my small space. Its sturdy but the cost seemed a bit to much. I am sure it was a lot less when i purchased it and it is even more now then what I paid. Not like me to spend that much on such an item but I sm happy with it. Just watch what you pay. Screen shot the purchased price Read more
