Easy peasy lemon squeezy
No problem ordering and receiving the gift card (I sent it to myself). Only con is that our local Rubio's doesn't give the option to use the gift card online (I like to order online and pickup). So I had to order and pay with gift card in the restaurant. Otherwise, it was an easy process. Read more

No barcode, needs to enter the number manually
It was a good deal price. However surprisingly the card does not have a barcode with it. So when I was in a Rubio's store and tried to use the card. The casher asked me to enter the long number and the pin number on my own. It was an unpleasant experience. Read more

If I could give a negative number I would. Family bought us a $50 Gift Card and when we went to Rubio’s the cashier could not redeem any of it and she tried several times trying different methods. The cashier got a manager and he did the same thing. His final response: “Sorry I can’t help you.” I called the 1-866-964-3839 that ACI Gift Cards lists on the Amazon description and it states that there is a $50 balance. It then gives me a number to call Customer Service for Rubio’s Gift Cards. I called that number 1-888-529-6578 and it’s only a recording; however it lets you check your balance or if the card is valid: I inputted the gift card number and the recording stated: “This gift card is invalid.” Even if it was valid, no one at Rubio’s knows how to work it and you can’t redeem it online on the Rubio’s website. Anyway, I went on the Rubio’s website and called their 1-800-354-4199 number and they investigated and said it is valid but they don’t know why it can’t be used at the stores! UGH!!!!? So now we have a $50 gift card that is useless. I will update later and give a better rating if we are able to use it, but to go through all this trouble just to use the gift card is ridiculous.
