The best smelling perfume!
10/10 just like I remember it! I worked at Rue21 when this was released and was obsessed with it. The bottle is full, sprays the perfect spritz, has the perfect combo of vanilla, orange, and coconut, and lasts all day. A beautiful flowery scent that's long-lasting
This is my absolute favorite perfume of all time. Nothing else smells like it. I've been wearing it since high school and I never get sick of it and occasionally get compliments on it when I go out. My only complaint is I wish it came in a bigger size and also it used to be 10 bucks. Read more
Just as good as the high end products
I love the smell of rue 21 black. It smells warm and last all day. I did have to stop using it after I became sensitive to using it every day… I began sneezing the whole day I wore it but that is just a personal issue.
