I have issues finding this type of Magnesium as this dosage from a single brand consistently in stores, so being able to order from Ruby via Amazon has been ideal. I have multiple comorbidities, and I have been advised by my medical team that adding 400mg 1/day might help. I have mainly noticed that my migraines are less frequent, which is amazing.
