I would recommend this for hemorrhoid problems and absolutely if you are recovering from surgery. It fits right in your toilet, it is comfortable to sit on and easy to clean. The pain relief I get from this while going #2 has been great after all the horror stories I’ve read about trying to go after surgery and I had 3 internal hemmies removed a week ago.
