Obsessed! I am going to use this as a swimsuit cover up. It is true to size, and you might even want to order up 1 size to have it fit a little loose. I usually get XL shirts and pants, and sometimes XXL. I ordered this in XXL, and it was perfect. It is way less sheer than I imagined. The holes are barely noticeable, so you could say this is a pretty conservative cover up. Great for the beach. Read more

Cute little swimsuit cover up. It is a little short but I dont mind that as its purpose is just a cover up the print on it looks a little cheap. Its looks cuter from a distance rather than close up. Read more
[Jan 2026 - My unbiased review of "RUMIA Swimsuit Coverup Summer Dresses for Women 2026 Eyelet Crew Neck Loose Sleeveless Casual Dresses." Color: Floral Indigo Dyeing] We go on cruises as often as we can and I like to have different swimsuit coverups to choose from. That's why I was please to be offered this one to review. I chose the blue & white striped version which is not eyelet fabric. The eyelet fabric appears to only be available if you want a plain, one color coverup, not a print. I don't usually like wearing synthetic fabrics, particularly during warm weather, but this particular fabric is a fairly lightweight polyester Jersey with 5% Spandex. It's soft and smooth to the touch and drapes nicely. It also seems to be fairly cool to wear as well. I really like the blue & white pattern with its vertical stripes because they accentuate my body's length, not its width. I like the size, shape, and fit of this coverup, except the twist feature in the middle of the front hemline. I'm tall, and I don't think the location of the twist on this coverup looks good on me - I don't want anyone's eyes drawn to that particular part of my front body... Thankyouverymuch. I've got a similar coverup that has a similar twist feature but it's about six inches to the side. I like how that looks, and I wondered if this one could be unstitched and removed but unfortunately, it can't. So, I'm going to shorten the hemline and remove that feature completely. It'll still be plenty long enough for me to wear as a very nice tunic top instead of a swimsuit coverup, and that's fine by me. The price is currently $19.99 (Jan 26, 2026) which I think is quite good value, but there's also a coupon at the moment so it's $15.99, and that's very good value. Just FYI - The listing states. "Hand wash recommend. Machine wash. Air dry. Do not use dryer." Read more
Best For: Beach‑goers, pool‑side loungers, casual summer vacation outfits, and anyone who wants a quick, chic “over‑the‑swimwear” look. Pros & Cons Pros Ultra‑soft, lightweight fabric – ideal for hot summer days. Stylish eyelet‑mesh detailing – adds a boutique feel without pricey materials. Versatile length & fit – works for a range of body types and occasions. Easy to layer – can be worn over swimsuits, tank tops, or even light sweaters. Quick‑dry – dries faster than cotton or linen cover‑ups. Gift‑ready packaging – nice presentation for holidays or birthdays. Cons No built‑in pockets – you’ll need a small bag for keys or lip balm. The Twisted Eyelet Cover‑Up hits a sweet spot between functionality and fashion. It’s a breezy, comfortable option for anyone who wants to look put‑together without sacrificing ease of movement or cooling comfort. The polyester construction ensures durability and low‑maintenance care, while the subtle twisted detailing lifts it beyond the generic “beach dress” category. If you’re looking for a budget‑friendly, stylish beach companion that can double as a casual summer dress, this piece is an excellent buy. The only caveats are the limited color range and the inherent semi‑sheer nature when saturated—both of which can be mitigated by personal styling choices (e.g., pairing with a solid bikini or layering a light camisole underneath). Final Verdict: A solid addition to any summer wardrobe, especially valuable for those who love quick, chic transitions from water to land. Read more
🟢 First impression This dress feels exactly like what a summer cover-up should be: light, relaxed, and effortless. No stiffness, no heavy fabric — just something you throw on and instantly feel comfortable. It looks casual in a good way, not sloppy. ⭐ What stands out The eyelet fabric is breathable and works perfectly for hot weather. The loose, sleeveless cut doesn’t cling and allows plenty of airflow, which makes it ideal for beach days, poolside wear, or just moving around on a warm afternoon. The crew neck keeps the look clean and simple, and the length feels practical — not too short, not overly long. It works well as a swimsuit cover-up but also passes easily as a casual summer dress for errands or a relaxed walk. 🧩 Room for improvement Because the fit is intentionally loose, it doesn’t create much shape. That’s fine for comfort, but if someone is looking for a more defined silhouette, this style may feel a bit too relaxed. Also, like most lightweight eyelet fabrics, it benefits from gentle washing to keep its shape over time. 🎯 Bottom line A comfortable, breathable summer dress that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Easy to wear, easy to style, and practical for hot weather. Not a statement piece, but a reliable, no-nonsense option for beach days and casual summer use. Read more
