Lasted Two Weeks then Cracked Around Heel - Insole Failure

Update - the company reached out to me about the first pair of these that cracked and offered to refund my purchase price. I was not expecting that. Not sure what is going on with the star rating system - I tried to go with a three star but it would not highlight - thought 3 was a fair rating - 5 for company customer service and 1 for the defective insoles (of which 2 of the 3 pair I bought within a week of each other are defective) Thank you Easy Feet for reaching out about the one pair - would have been nice to have both defective pairs refunded but one is better than none. :) This is the second pair of these that have had the same problem. The plastic around the heel cracked making the insole useless. My husband had these in his shoes for maybe 2 weeks (I had a pair with the exact same problem). He couldn't figure out why his shoes were hurting his feet. Took the insole out and voila, the reason was clear. Basically the insoles had totally deteriorated. Unusual for this brand based on previous purchases. The very first insoles he got from EasyFeet lasted close to 2 years - they were amazing. Second pair lasted over a year still very acceptable. These not even 2 weeks. He got these last summer but didn't need to change insoles until this year. He put them in his shoes sometime around the first or second week of April 2025. He thought he'd be all set with new shoes and insoles for the summer but that is not to be the case. I hope EasyFeet can remedy this problem as we both have really liked this particular insole in the past. We may try them again and hope for better performance. Have not decided yet. Read more
