I purchased this sports bra because it’s advertised as high impact. I have heavy breast and I would say it’s medium impact and does not offer adjustable straps. I would have to double up this bra if I want to go for a jog with no bounce. I’m 34DD for reference and purchase a medium. Sewn in cups!?! Say less. Honestly this sports bra is super comfortable and the fact that I don’t have to worry about the cups getting misshapen or lost is a win. FINALLY someone heard us.
