I’ve tried countless sports bras over the years, and the RUNNING GIRL High Support Sports Bra has quickly become my go-to—both for workouts and as an everyday staple. As someone who’s naturally busty (38DD), I’m always hunting for a bra that offers real support without sacrificing comfort, and this one nails both. The material is thick enough to feel secure, but somehow still manages to breathe. I never felt overheated, even during high-intensity workouts. The stitching is spot-on—no weird seams digging in or causing irritation, which is a huge plus if you’re moving around a lot. The cross-back straps are fully adjustable and wide enough to avoid that dreaded “digging in” feeling, and they do a great job of distributing weight. For those of us with a bigger chest, that means no neck pain, no shoulder marks, and no feeling like you’re being weighed down. Fit-wise, I went with XL and it was perfect—snug where it should be, with enough give to feel comfortable all day. The cups have good lining and coverage, so nothing shows through, and the bra keeps its shape even after several washes (though I recommend air drying to make it last). Plus, it dries quickly, which is ideal for anyone who’s active or just doesn’t want damp sportswear hanging around. I’m a HUGE Running Girl fan. I have probably 15+ sports bras, all in different styles, colors, and sizes. This is my new favorite!!! The purple-gray color is beautiful, like a muted grape shade. The front is seamless, so there won’t be any lines showing through your top (I have a few that have vertical lines that show). The back has the prettiest cross detail and is fully adjustable. The best part: SEWN IN PADS!! ‘Nuff said. Makes washing them so much easier. It holds up great during my workouts and keeps the girlies in place while. It absorbs sweat but doesn’t leak through my shirt. They call it high impact, which is accurate for me. I size down a little for extra compression. If I size up it still fits with less “firm” support. I’m 5’0”, 144 lbs, 34C/D. I ordered the purple shade in Medium which is perfect for me. A small would probably fit VERY snugly, and a large fits slightly looser. I wash it with my regular clothing but air dry it to keep its shape. This brand is AMAZING! If you're active at all, or even if you're not, even if you just prefer a sports bra for comfort, this is the brand to go with. It is engineered to fit your body so comfortably. All the straps hit in just the right spots to not slip, not dig, no movement, checks all the boxes. The front provides adequate coverage and support. The straps are wide and adjustable. The best part, the molded cups are thin and sewn in! No more wonky cups that have to be reinserted after every single wash. The lycra material is so soft against your skin and washes well for years. It also provides quick dry fabric to keep sweat off your skin for long periods. My daughter plays basketball year-round competitively and out of all the name brands she can wear, this is her favorite by far! These bras are true to size by the size chart. I ordered a size L in this Running Girl sports bra. I selected the grey color because I wanted something neutral to wear under light colored tops. This bra definitely delivers. It is super thick and durable in every aspect. Once you've got this on, your chest stays nicely in place without being too tight or uncomfortable. The straps are super thick and adjustable, a real plus. The sized is accurate, per the chart. I like the grey under a white shirt; it blends well and is not noticeable. The cups have some molding, offering further support and a nice, smooth fit. I like that the cups are sewn in, as in most bras they are not and they always fall out during washing and seem to wear out quickly. This bra is good for daily use, and most definitely for exercise and physical activity. I expect this sports bra to last for years based on the thickness and durability. This sports bra is very high quality. I love the adjustable straps and the padding that is sewn in - so you don't need to worry about about the cups getting lost into the wash - seriously that is the most impressive thing about this bra - why don't all sports bras have this type of a system. One of my biggest pet peeves - and what seems to take up a ridiculous amount of time folding laundry - is the cups falling out of bras! This one breaks the mold. I do feel like there is enough support for my c cups while running too. I like the feel of the fabric and the overall construction is really good quality. Pros: SEWN IN CUPS!!!! I own several sports bras by Running Girl, so I knew to size up. I go up two sizes from my usual size when I order from this brand. It's worth it in my opinion though because it is so comfortable. The pads are sewn in which is fantastic too! It does a great job of supporting me while I'm doing yoga too. I have washed and dried it numerous times and there has been no fading or shrinking. My other bras by this brand that I have had for over a year, still look new as well, so they hold up very well over time.
