I am thoroughly impressed with these sports bras. The fact that the cups are sewn in eliminates the common hassle of pads folding or shifting during wear or washing. The stitching is impeccable, adding a touch of quality that stands out. I was so pleased with my initial purchase that I bought two more and plan to add even more to my collection. For reference, I’m 38 years old, 160 lbs, 5’6”, and the Large size fits me perfectly. I chose the dark blue color, which looks fantastic. These bras perform exceptionally well during workouts, providing the support and comfort I need. I make it a point to wash them after each workout or at the end of the day and hang them to dry, and they’ve maintained their structure beautifully. I wear a 34G and the large size racer back sports bra did fit me around the band and around the shoulders and it actually even felt pretty good but there is no way this has enough support my breast come out over the top of the bra it just doesn’t fit correctly even though the band size feels really good so I imagine when I order one size up the band is gonna be too big even if the cups fit which the cups probably won’t but just know that this is just your regular sports strong with no extra support. It does have sewn in cups so that you cannot see the nipple thru it and it does have nice seam edges sewn in it. seems very decent quality, but if you have heavier breasts, this is not going to give you any type of support. if this had fit right and I had only had to pay $18 for it, which is how much it is right now online I would’ve been very very happy and the value for what I paid would’ve been amazing Read more

I initially ordered this bra in a medium based on Amazon sizing recommendation. It was fine for lower impact exercise such as weight training and walking but didn’t provide enough support for higher impact cardio. I then ordered a small which was perfect for these higher impact activities. For reference I am 5’1”, 117 lbs, 34D bra, and small frame. I love the sewn in cups so there’s no twisting or trying to put them back in after washing. The sides are wide so there’s no armpit flab sticking out. When considering size I would not just go by bra size but also clothing size you normally wear as well. Read more
