My take: these are cushy, breezy slippers masquerading as athletic shoes. I like them for short walks on flat ground. For athletic qualities, these don't have a tight fit or a responsive sole. Also, they don't have any support like US "walking shoes". These shoes are "posers", which is fine if you want a comfy, roomy, airy loafer that has an athletic look. I'm a US Men's 10.5 wide, so I sized up to the 11. I should have ordered the 10 instead. The 11 fits like a roomy pair of "L" slippers or moccasins. Comfortable for loafing, but not the fit I expect for advertised "workout athletic" shoes. There is room to spare on either side of my wide toe spread. These size 11s are labeled with as "45" on the tongue. I believe Euro "44" is the equivalent of US men's 11. The top is a single mesh with no separate tongue. When I lace them tightly, the top material creases on either side of the laces and that rubs the top of my feet. The eyelets have a tenacious hold on the laces, so they don't loosen up by themselves. This means they stay laced tightly when taken off and are tedious to put back on. Consider the laces decorative. As a barefoot-style shoe lover, one thing I don't love is that these have a raised heel. I can feel a little ridge just in the front of my left heel. I think I have a heel spur there because the other foot doesn't feel it. There is zero arch support, which is fine by me (aside: this is typical of Chinese shoes since they're used to minimal footwear). The sole feels squishy and is very quiet. The soles didn't slip on the wet floor of my local convenience store, which is saying a lot! These might be good for food service or kitchens. The ankle opening is slightly elastic, so they aren't what I'd call "slip on". The tabs on the tongue and heel do make it easy enough to pull them on while standing, though. My 5-star rating assumes a $20 pair of comfort shoes. For athletic shoes, these are 1-star. Read more

I bought these sneakers for my 16-year-old son, mostly for casual basketball and friendly sports (nothing competitive) and general everyday walking around. For the price point, they are a fantastic value and an excellent all-around athletic shoe. Pros Super Lightweight: My son's immediate comment was how light they feel. They don't weigh his feet down during a workout or when he’s running between classes. Non-Slip Soles: The grip on the soles is excellent. He feels secure on the basketball court surface, which is a major plus for safety and performance. Versatile and Stylish: They have a clean, athletic look that he likes and goes with most of his casual clothes. They’ve held up well to daily use so far. Comfortable (Once You Dial in the Laces): The cushioning is sufficient for daily wear and light jogging. The Minor Cons They Run a Bit Wide: My son has average-width feet, and these were noticeably wide on him, particularly in the midfoot area. We had to lace them up pretty tightly to get a secure fit. If you have narrow feet, these might slip around. I recommend playing with the lacing styles to get a better grip with the shoes. Overall Verdict These are a solid 4-star purchase. They deliver on all their promises regarding being lightweight, having good grip, and being versatile athletic sneakers. They lose one star only because the slightly wide fit means they aren't perfectly true to size. Read more

These shoes are perfect for my current needs. They are lightweight and the non-slip bottoms work surprisingly well. I have worn so many different types of shoes in kitchens over the years, at times sacrificing comfort for grip or vice versa, and I can't remember the last time I had both at this price point. This makes this pair of shoes a great value at $20, and otherwise a steal in my case, should you need a good pair of non-slips. These are technically marketed on here as athletic sneakers, and given the comfort levels, I can see them doing just fine on jogs or runs should that be your use case. I got size 11, but I normally wear a 10.5. I took the chance at these potentially not running true to size, and it paid off. I have other shoes in 11s that run true to size, and these fit accordingly. At a half size bigger, they still hug my foot along the sides snugly, while giving me a bit more breathing room in the front. I've started purchasing shoes I try on in person like this anyway, so I'm glad the fitment ended up being a win here. It's still too early to see how these hold up long term, especially working in an environment where oils and degreaser are abundant. Still, knowing what I know regarding the function, fitment, and comfortability these shoes have immediately displayed, I'd have no problem purchasing another should these even last me half the time some of the more known branded non-slip shoes have lasted me in the past. This YTATSP running shoe has passable quality in my opinion. The sole is strong and durable, however the top half has zero construction on it and collapses. The photos on this item seemed like it was sturdy, however, the closest similar item I can compare it to is basic water shoes. These are not comfortable at all. The soles are hard and the top half is again water shoes. The fitment is correct and for referencd I ordered size 9. The only way I could say to use this to it's maximum potential is to only use it when you don't want to dirty your expensive shoes. Or, if you just need to put something on in a low risk scenario, like running to buy some milk at the grocery store. But if you were gonna use this for actual activity such as running, I would avoid it. Read more
