The 8 electrodes ensure accurate measurements for metrics like body fat, muscle mass, and water percentage, which is great for tracking fitness progress. I bought this smart scale to keep a closer eye on my overall health, and it’s become something I actually use every morning without feeling like a chore. The setup was straightforward, and the retractable handle—something I didn’t expect to matter as much as it does—helps the readings feel more precise than the typical bathroom scales I’ve used before. One of the first things I noticed is how quickly it settles on a measurement. I can step on, pull up the handle, and within a few seconds everything is displayed clearly on the full-color screen. I don’t have to stand there waiting for numbers to stabilize or flicker around, which makes the whole routine feel effortless. The screen itself is bright and easy to read, so I don’t have to rely on the app unless I want a deeper breakdown. The extra metrics—body fat, muscle mass, water levels, and so on—have been genuinely useful for general health tracking. I’m not training for anything specific, but having those details gives me a clearer idea of what’s happening with my body beyond just weight changes. After a few weeks of use, it’s been consistent, stable, and simple to fit into my daily routine. The readings feel realistic, without the random jumps I’ve seen from basic scales. Overall, this scale makes everyday health monitoring feel more informed and efficient. The speed, accuracy, and quality of the measurements have made it a tool I rely on, and for anyone wanting a reliable smart scale for daily use, this one has been worth it. Read more

received my scale yesterday. I was excited to try it out and see what kind of data it would provide. Right out of the box, it was fully charged. The Starfit app was very simple to set up and get dialed in with my info and goals. The Scale itself is stout and well-built, with no loose parts, making it a nice and solid scale. Turning it on and watching it come to life was a simple process. I put my phone next to the table, opened the app, as the instructions state. You step on the scale with bare feet, ensuring your feet cover the metal pads on the scale. You hold the handle part as instructed, making sure your thumbs are on their metal pads and all four fingers are on their metal pads. You step on the scale with one foot to activate it. When it shows 0.00 in the window, it is ready for you to step on. Hold your arms in the correct position. The scale will take your weight very fast, then about 4-5 seconds after, your phone will start to play some music (you can turn this off), the handheld screen will show a person's body with the energy waves going through the arms, legs, and body. Maybe 15 seconds and then the music stops, you can relax your arms and watch the screen, it will show you a bunch of data over the next 10 seconds if you want to watch it. If not the app will have an amazing report for your to view, More data then you can imagine. Honestly, some real solid information all well presented and logical order. Some of it was like a Blood test, with your numbers and the range of normal numbers as well as a graph of where you are on the scale. The report is very informative and can be printed on a single page of paper as well as tracked in the unit. Yea, I am inpressed and excited to see how my body changes, not just my cloths fitting better but no muscle loss or minimual muscle loss and plenty of body fat lost. best purchase so far. I will update in 30 days and then again at 60 days. Read more

I use this daily in the mornings. There are slight variations in things like body fat. So I’m on a strict lo cal low carb diet. I track everything. For instance, I can weigh myself today and 24 hours later it show my fat has went up or down 2 lbs, or my muscle has went down or up 3 lbs. so there is some discrepancy. I compared it to the professional scale that is used at doctors offices that show the same things and it was off ever so slightly. So for my needs it’s slightly annoying but close enough. You have to bend down to pull out the hand sensors everytime, it goes back nicely into the scale. Also sometimes in the morning it will keep telling me I’m not holding the handles firmly or correctly. I’ve found if I dampen my hands or use lotion it will then get the reading, same with my feet. So you can’t have dry hands and feet. It holds a charge for a long time. I’ve had it for several months and have only charged it twice, once right out of the box, then a few weeks ago. I don’t know about battery replacement. Some reviews say it’s not possible to replace the battery. If that turns out to be the case then I won’t ever purchase this brand again. The app is ok, you can print out your readings. I have yet to figure out how to go back and look at previous days readings once I do a new weight measurement. I just have a notebook that I write everything down each day. I also have a regular glass digital scale that I use daily to compare my weight. There is usually a 1-2 lb difference, I can live with that too. So if you are OCD about everything being a 100% correct 100% of time then I suggest you skip. If you are ok with it being close each day as in less than a lb to 2.5 lbs then I think you will be pleased with it. It looks nice, it’s also much larger than my glass scale. You need to make sure you don’t have chub rub your legs or it won’t read properly and you will get an error. Luckily I don’t have that issue. You also can’t be wearing any shoes or socks, gloves. Bare feet and hands only. It recognizes who you are because when you start it requires you to enter some data. You can have more than one user. The screen is in color and is easy ready. You will hear some soft music playing as it scans your body. I think it comes through all on my phone although I’m not certain. Read more
