I was so excited for these pants.. Right color, almond.. I had a specific event set to wear these for the first time. I put them on and yeah, not too tight. Definitely seems there is a stretch to them. But as soon as I had to squat to pick something up. The stitches busted between the legs. Did not completely bust both stitch, since it is double stitched but there it happened. Remember I said they weren't too tight. But it did seem like the dimensions in the rear area was off. I had to kind on adjust them so it was more even to the front. The front came up higher than the rear. I also had to keep pulling them up in the waist and legs. They wanted to shift down. Which I think was due to the fabric, but I loved the fabric so I would take that if the stich held better and the rear dimensions were better. For this i give 4 stars. Read more

Edit after one wear- peeling in multiple places. The material is just falling off the pants. I wore them once and I’m so annoyed. So I love how these look. I am used to a high-rise jeans being curvier. It’s just more flattering. The reviews I thought these would be a high-rise. Even the photos of the items look high-rise and maybe it’s just because I am curvier they don’t come up as high, but this cuts my waist right below. My bellybutton is very, very unflattering. I can definitely wear these with an oversize sweater with a little front or something that is loose around the waist absolutely no problem. My goal was to wear them with a bodysuit and have them be high waisted, but they’re just not that way. so very cute pant you just can’t style them. If you’re expecting them to be a high-rise or I could’ve went up a size most likely and then they may have came up higher because they wouldn’t be pulling out as much. I'm 5'3 165 lbs. I normally wear a size 12 regular in jeans/pants. I got a 3X. They are a little long on me and a bit snug on my thighs ( I do not have skinny thighs) but the waist is fine. These do not look anything like leather so if that's what you're looking for I would recommend going for the an actual pleather or PU material. They are like a sateen or polyester fabric. Smooth and a little stretchy like stretch pants. Not to mention the insanely small sizing. Also, in person the black has a bit a of grey undertone IMO. Update 9/13/25 - I soaked these jeans in water and a capful of fabric softener for about 1.5 hrs. Rinsed and let them air dry. As a result they took on more of that "wet leather" look and weren't so stiff. They fit much better now. They are still basically plastic so you cannot put these in the washing machine or dryer or they will melt like ice cream in the sun. Read more
