Great item! I use it in the gym or while I am officiating sports. It is great size to fit in my pants pockets during games. Very good quality and very absorbent. Read more
These handkerchiefs are on the thicker side. If you use one to blow your nose or otherwise absorb liquids, it's a different experience from the typical thin cotton. It doesn't absorb moisture in exactly the same way; at first, it seems to be much less absorbent - stuff just kinda hangs out on the surface for a minute. However, it's sort of a tortoise-vs-hare thing - while they absorb slowly, they absorb *more* moisture, it spreads throughout the material so it doesn't feel as wet, and dry in much less time. They're also softer and gentler on a sore nose than cotton, which can feel surprisingly abrasive. That's not to say these have evicted my cotton handkerchiefs from the rotation; sometimes one or the other is just a better fit. These can be a little bulkier when folded down to fit in a back pocket, for instance. Where they leave cotton behind completely is that they're also good for everything else that you'd want from a microfiber cloth. In fact, the added thickness makes them quite a bit nicer to use on things like sunglasses and phone screens versus the thin microfiber wipes that come with everything. And if you've got a problem with skin oils building up (I slug my sunglasses) then these will take that off almost instantly. Afterwards, whatever you did with it, just toss it into the washing machine, let it dry on a hanger or whatever, and it'll be good to go for another day. (As with any such product, it's best if you avoid fabric softener or excessive detergent - less is more.) I highly recommend them for commuting and travel. They can disappear into a bag until you need one to save the day. If you're on an extended trip and you end up using them a lot, you can wash them in a hotel sink at night and they'll likely be dry by morning. Read more
