Normally, I just use high-end face powder because it is light and isn’t oily, but I wanted to find something that had a little more coverup to it. I got color 3 and find it is a very close match for my winter complexion. I like that it is a flat stick that can be applied without a pad or brush. I have also used two methods to distribute the foundation evenly, with my fingers and then with a brush. Ultimately, both ways worked pretty much the same; though I prefer to use the brush not to have foundation on my hands. The coverage is good to even out my skin and cover the redness. It also stays well throughout the day. At the end of the night, I need to use actual face wash to clean the foundation from my skin though. Using micellar water or face cloths takes too much effort and product to clean thoroughly. This is good for daily wear. Read more

I really enjoyed trying this foundation and will continue to use it. The first time I tried it on, I swiped the one end across my face and it glided so easily and smooth, that I glided it right off my face 😂. I am telling you the truth. Seriously though, this foundation is so simple to apply (it really does just glide on) and easy to blend in with the brush provided on the opposite end of the foundation stick. I love that it includes a brush to apply it. It saves you money from having to buy a separate brush or sponge and makes it a breeze to take when traveling. At first I wasn’t very keen on the thought of matte foundation. I am more of a dewey foundation girl myself but I was pleasantly surprised. The foundation didn’t dry into a dull, cakey mess. It was smooth and even had a bit of a glow to it. I am 45 years old and it didn’t make the wrinkles on my face stand out like some foundations do. I really like this foundation and suggest everyone give it a try, even if you are a middle aged woman who usually likes dewey foundation. You can use it as sheer coverage or you can build it up to be full coverage. My only complaint is that I ordered #2 which is the lightest and it still seemed a little dark for my skin. This foundation stick goes on smooth and seems to be good quality! It covers up some of the redness in my skin to make it look more balanced. It is a solid stick but glides on smoothly as if it’s a liquid — but thankfully it is not too oily! I love that it comes with its own brush to blend it in — it’s super convenient! I don't normally wear foundation because all too often it looks cakey and takes too much effort. With this foundation stick, though, it's so much less annoying to apply, and the foundation itself looks fantastic. I ordered the #2 shade and it's almost a perfect match to my very pale skin (though it adds a slight warmth). It covered up all of the imperfections on my face easily and blended smoothly. I did notice a few lines developing near my eyes over the course of the day but I have yet to find a foundation that doesn't do that. The texture feels wonderful on the skin and leaves it with a semi-matte, natural look that doesn't seem "dusty". It had decent staying power (although I did accidentally wipe some off shortly after application; it needs a chance to set). I love that the stick has a built-in brush so you don't have to get makeup all over your hands, and it travels well. The built-in sunscreen is crucial for any foundation I wear and I'm pleased that this has 30 SPF. If I were a full-face makeup girly, this would easily be part of my daily wear. Instead, I'll mostly save it for photos and bad skin days, so this stick will probably last a good long time. Read more

This foundation stick has changed my opinion of foundation sticks - for the better. I was aware of Sace Lady as an Asian Beauty brand, but I had never tried it before. I was pleasantly surprised by this foundation!! It builds coverage so well and applies smoothly. It leaves the texture of my face smooth and doesn't lay weird on any of my fine lines. The stick is also the perfect size to store away and use in a pinch. My favorite way to use this stick is to keep it on my desk and apply a quick, easy layer to my redness before a work call. It works phenomenally in a pinch like that because of how easy it is to use. It also works great as a foundation layer to a full face of makeup. The coverage really is buildable to a medium full coverage! I ordered the #2 shade. I have fair-light complexion that is neutral leaning cool. This shade works really well for me, although it is a bit too warm of an undertone. The color just doesn't match me perfectly, although I can mostly get away with it. I was mildly surprised how much I liked this! Nice packaging to begin with. It rotates to raise the product, and given the long oval-type shape, it can easily be dabbed under my eyes then swiped across my cheeks and forehead. On the other end is a blending brush. At first I thought it was a foam sponge covered with a velvety fabric, but at closer inspection it's actually a dense, smooth short brush that works well to blend the product under eyes, around the nose, and across wider areas like cheeks. The skin benefits like SPF, etc. are good additional layer to the skincare products I already use, and if I'm in a rush or a pinch then better than nothing at all, LOL. I took off one star for two issues: staying power is good for a shorter or lighter day, but not the best for my very longest or most rigorous days.
