i bought these gloves to pull poison ivy out by the roots. the gloves feel fairly good, not super thin, but not heavy duty. coverage is only to the wrist reliably, you can stretch it a bit farther but then it tends to slide back. they allow good tactile sensitivity through the glove. i've used them 2x so far, the second time as i was finishing, i saw the left one was torn across the palm, i hadn't even felt it. overall, worth the price.
