I bought this pillow because after losing over 100 lbs, I don’t have the same padding in my shoulders and arms anymore. I’ve always slept on my side with my arm up above my head under the pillow — I’ve done that for years with no issues. But lately my arm goes numb from the pressure and blood flow getting cut off, so I was hoping this pillow’s cut-out design would help. It didn’t. The concept is good, and it’s comfortable for a bit, but the middle area where your head and neck actually rest is way too thin. The second you put your weight on it, it bends and collapses, and you can feel the pressure go right back onto your arm underneath. So the numbness doesn’t stop — you still end up flipping sides all night. The crazy part is the back section of the pillow is thick, firm, and sturdy… but that’s not where your head goes. The support is in the wrong place, and the part that matters is weak. For an $80 pillow, the center should’ve been much thicker and firmer to keep your head lifted and actually take pressure off the arm. Bottom line: comfortable idea, terrible execution. Doesn’t fix the numb arm issue at all if you sleep with your arm under the pillow. 2/10. Not worth it. Read more

It’s a nice pillow and is put together well and keeps its shape. It’s a little bit firm for my liking but it’s definitely comfortable. The pillow definitely helps with keeping neck tension and pressure not as noticeable if your sleeping on your side or back. Read more
