I never write reviews so if I do I can guarantee you it’s worth at least looking into buying. I have severe insomnia. Even on prescription sleep meds I only sleep 2 or maybe 3 hours if I’m lucky. I used my pillow for the fist time last night and slept for 6-7 hours straight! It’s so comfortable! It cradles your body as well as your neck and head so nicely, it’s just so cozy that it’s very easy to find your comfort spot. I highly recommend this pillow. This pillow has helped me greatly with my spinal stenosis. I sleep much better and have a lot less pain when I wake up. I also like the size to travel with. I sleep on my side and back and found this pillow comfortable with both positions. I prefer to use this with my standard pillow underneath for a little bit of incline to prevent snoring as well. So far, so good! I can say I see a difference in neck and shoulder pain. Pillow cradles your neck and head in a comfortable position. I am usually a side sleeper but since I got this pillow, I have found myself sleeping on my back more often just because of the comfort level. The only one thing I would have liked is that the pillow would have been a little bigger. That's the only reason I gave them a 4 rating. I hope that the company SAHEYER reads this feedback and would consider making it bigger. I'll be your Guinee pig when you need a tester. Lol. I needed a comfortable side sleeping pillow after eye surgery. Had to sleep and lay on my right side for almost 2 months. After a day or two, my ear hurt so bad. This pillow has a little larger ear indentation that worked well for me. It also had the side support to help ensure I didn’t accidentally roll on my back, but I did add more pillows because I wanted my give my eye the best chance to heal. My husband will try it next since he is a side sleeper. I bought an extra pillow case and found it easy to change despite absence of instructions. Just be careful to unsnap the ear hole snaps and it is easy to remove. Comfort is very good. I like memory foam pillows and this one was just right for me. Not too soft and not too firm. Size width is same as a standard pillow. I found the center between the extended arms to be just right. Plenty of room. In terms of using pillow cases. I prefer silk pillow cases for my face and hair. The covering that comes with it would leave crease marks on your face if you don’t move often enough. My solution was to use two standard size pillow cases (no zippers) and slip one on each arm end and pull up to head portion of pillow and over lap. It’s not perfect, but an easy, no cost solution. The shape is great for side sleeping. I can put my bedside arm under the pillow wing and rest my other arm on top very comfortably. I use a cpap and those pillow shape helps keep the cable straight and keeps the jet stream going out into the air instead of into the pillow or bed. The pillow material feels good and the pillow case seems high quality. As a larger man I can also sleep on my back without a problem. That said, the material has started to tear after just 2 months. The tear stems from one of the three holes which are just roughly cut to allow the pillowcase to clip together. There’s still a gossamer sheet holding it together but if that tears then I’ll be in real trouble. I was rightfully worried about the white pillow case which is already staining. I feared the case will be hard to replace since it’s non standard. However this probably won’t be a problem since the whole pillow is likely to fall apart before I need a case replacement. If there’s another brand selling this shape maybe go with that. I know I will when I need to replace this pillow after less than a year. Read more

So happy I got this pillow. I injured my shoulder a couple months ago and couldn't sleep on my left side which is my usual sleep side. Now even though it's still not fully healed I can finally sleep on my left side because of this pillow. It's firm which I usually don't like but this is really great. It supports my head and there is less weight onto my shoulder which enables my sleeping without pain in shoulder. I'm also having less neck pain as I sleep so apparently I needed a firmer pillow anyway. Also this pillow feels like a hug which is super nice. I have purchased dozens of pillows over the years and this is the best one! I'm very happy! It looks strange especially for traveling but I don't care because it's awesome, I'm finally getting some sleep even with an injured shoulder and that is incredible. Torn rotator cuff is no joke and being able to sleep on that injury is everything to me because I was not sleeping much before this pillow. Thank you for designing the perfect pillow for me! The shape and thickness of this pillow are perfect BUT for some reason, the sides have these extremely scratchy areas that hit right on your face when you sleep on your side. This makes no sense. Also, not having a pillow case is not good. I loved the shape and thought the thickness was perfect, but I can't use the pillow because of those scratchy areas sand my cheeks. Read more

I really like the SAHEYER Side Sleeper Pillow. It is thin enough as to not kink my neck since it is shorter. It is also big enough to roll on either side without losing the pillow. It has ample space to rest your arm and or to hug. I added another smaller pillow that is similar in shape (crescent) to give me more elevation and to take additional pressure off my shoulder when needed. Read more
