Super Cute Hideaway - But The Moss Sheds

This decor is so cute. I really like the stones and the moss. The problem I had was with the moss. I was already seeing moss fibers shedding off in my hands when I was just giving this decor a rinse. Now I'm afraid to put this in my aquarium because I don't know if the moss fibers will continue to come off when they are in the tank or if it will harm my fish. Having said that, there is an exact version of this hideaway that doesn't have any moss on it. So I think that might be the better option. If you're looking for that version, the name of it is: "Saim Aquarium Decorations 3 Stacked Stone Cave Hideaway for Aquatic Pets to Breed, Play and Rest, Decor Stone for Betta, Gold Fish Hideout - No Moss". Also, my measurements were a little different from 6.69" H x 6.14" L that was advertised. When I measured it, I got 6.5"H x 6" L. I do think this is a great aquarium decoration. I just think it might be safer to stick to the version that doesn't have any moss. Read more
