There are 134 separate parts to assemble, which takes 2 hours if you are focused only on this task and avoid making mistakes. The instructions as to identifying the different crystals and the order of assembly are clear. What is unclear is how to hang Egg-shaped crystal B-1 so as to achieve a 45-degree angle for these crystals. Here is how to do it correctly: When you assemble it, ensure that Crystal bead string B (of which you have 40) are separated into 2 piles: pile #1: 6 beads; pile #2: 7 beads. When you attach Crystal bead string B onto crystal B-1, ensure that one bead of 6 crystals and one bead of 7 crystals are attached on either side (as opposed to a bead of 6 and a bead of 6 or a bead of 7 and a bead of 7 crystals). So you attach two beads to each egg-shaped crystal B-1 (of which you have 20), one bead with a length of 6 crystals, and the second bead with a length of 7 crystals. Next, you attach the bead with 7 crystals in the inner hangar of the light fixture whereas you attach the bead with 6 crystals to the outer (lateral) hangar of the light fixture. Because the outer hangar now holds 6 crystals, it is shorter than the bead with 7 crystals and as a result it stretches at a 45-degree angle, the exact visual effect that is intended. The parts were packaged safely with much cushioning; of 134 parts, only 1 part arrived chipped. The boxes arrive with a suitable number of replacement parts. This small chandelier is beautiful; see the picture. Read more

Once I received the light and opened it, I was immediately going to return it. My husband has Parkinson's and wasn't able to assemble it because of all the little hooks. After it sat there a few days, I looked at it again and decided it was too pretty to return. I paid someone to mount it and I started putting the crystals on it myself. It took me several hours a night, but it is so beautiful that I can't help to think it was worth it! It gives off a lot of light and definitely worth the money! The crystals shine off the ceiling for a cool look! If I had more patience and younger fingers for assembly, I would buy it again for another room. You will love the look. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Magnificent!!! The video is nothing close, I mean nothing close to the in person spectacular light show. Now this is by far my favorite thing in my new home. Now my Husband and I have completed updates such as putting in a sidewalk the length of the house putting in a 45 foot deck putting in sod but nothing compares to the recent update of our chandelier. The video is quite brilliant but standing in front of this Saint Mossi chandelier, watching the sparkles and the glitter that radiate from this chandelier is priceless and ever so calming. At first when I looked at the price I thought wow this is a great price but then when we installed it I said wow this chandelier is most definitely underpriced. The install was quite simple if you have ever put in a light fixture and the diagram of how to hang each Crystal string was very clear. It took a while to hang the strings but we got all of the family involved to hang the crystal balls at the end of each string one person was on the letter to install that string we had a system and it turned out better than I would have ever thought. I do a lot of shopping on amazon.com but this is my most favorite purchase because I get to see it sparkle everyday opposed to buying something and you use it when you need it but with this saint mossi chandelier I get to view it everyday, truly a gift. The chandelier is truly beautiful. It took us most of the day to put it up however. The hardest part was installing it over the bathtub. It was one thing after the other. A very poor design as you need to hold up the chandelier to the ceiling while trying to found four screws. Difficult to explain. If I had to do it again, I would install it and then put on the crystal balls. I did it prior. Again, I am so happy I have it. It looks beautiful, throws off a beautiful silhouette and warm light but I wish the company would 1) Provide instructions that were more than a sentence. 2) Charts with no instructions are not helpful. 3) Know that most people are going to install it themselves. Put enough wire on the ground to make it long enough to attach 4) Find a better way to install it into the ceiling. Read more

Absolutely lovely and well worth the money. Everything came perfectly packaged. The assembly instructions are sparse and not very helpful, but once I sat down and studied the different parts, I figured it out. It took about two hours to get all of the crystal balls attached to the crystal “strings,” and with osteoarthritis in my thumb joint I almost gave up trying to open those darn circular things to thread them into the crystals. Glad I did this on a weekend with some music playing and nothing else in particular to do! We are remaking our guest room into a home office/guest room, and this light adds so much interest to what we hope will be a pleasant room for occasional guests and for me as I now have to work from home “all the time.” The photos show what it looks like with the lights at full brightness and then dimmed.
