Pleasantly surprised by how cute this top is. Love the fabric, very soft and lightweight so perfect for travel if you need layers and the fit is not too loose through the waist. The mock neckline looks unfinished, so would not recommend this for a business engagement, but kept the top to utilize for travel and cute weekend outfits. This short sleeve mock neck top feels like a soft brushed cotton and it is thinner than it appears in the amazon pictures, which is why I’m guessing they labeled it for summer, but it being so lightweight also makes it ideal for layering under sweaters during the winter and for being tucked in for a more professional look. I recently packed it for a business trip in Italy that rolled over to a week-long vacation and this sweater was very versatile. I got the maroon color wore it several times. It looked great with a skirt for work, black business-casual pants for dinner, and jeans and a belt for casual wear which is perfect for Europe where even when I dress casual I still want to look polished. It fit perfectly under my black and gray cardigans which was key for the layering that is necessary this time of year in Italy. The neck is a little goofy in that you must make sure it folds in or you see the raw hem, but that seemed to get better after washing. It’s a very comfortable piece that is easy to care for and easy to pack. You can machine-wash this sweater and hang it to dry. I even handwashed it in the sink and it came out looking nice. I wear and large and ordered a large and it fit perfectly but I would say if you're between sizes to err on the size of going up. This may not look like much straight out of the package or on the hanger. But it's the most dreamy fabric with amazing drape once on. I would say it runs true to size, but I could have easily sized down for a more snug fit or sized up for a slouchy fit. It's very stretchy, and the micro ribbing on the bottom makes it easy to wear tucked in fully, partially, or not at all. Read more

I ordered this coffee colored mock-neck brown sweater tee to expand my workwear wardrobe. The sweater itself is a nice fine-knit soft sweater & the color is beautiful. I do think that the knit is a bit too fine for the sculptural aspect of the sweater itself for the mock-neck, which seems to wilt or wrinkle straight out of the package. I will steam the sweater to see if it will work better but I do not hold my breath. The short-sleeved sweaters work great in TX as our winter season is shorter & in the Spring & Summer, our office & retail buildings blast ACs to counteract the doors constantly opening to the extremely hot outdoors. The sweater tees look great under a blazer or alone with a pair of jeans at brunch. This one will take more work to get it right. Read more

This top is a great staple piece -- it's comfortable, fits well and looks flattering, and is completely unfussy and easy to wear. Just slip it over your head and you're good to go. It can be dressed up with jewelry or just worn on its own for days when I want to look professional without any effort (not even any buttons to button!). It'll go great with skirts, trousers, or under a suit -- or it could absolutely be paired with jeans for a more casual look, in which case it would look cute with some gold jewelry and a pair of booties. I noticed for some others the collar seems to be wilted or loose -- on me it fits great and stands up against my neck nicely. I don't know whether it's a sizing issue or what. The small (my normal size) definitely fit as expected, and I'm 5'6" and 130 lbs with a 34C bust. It fits with the same kind of drape and flow as shown in the product pics, so I'm a happy camper. I would say get your normal size and don't try making it roomier, and hopefully it will fit well for you too! The brown color is super flattering, at least on me (my hair is kind of a dark blonde/light brown and skin color is medium). I think if "warm" colors are your thing, you'll love the color of this sweater. It's also very versatile and will match lots of different colored pants and skirts. The knit is pretty lightweight, so don't plan on staying warm in this during colder months. This definitely feels like a summer sweater (as described!). Probably the super lightweight nature of the fabric is the only thing that prevents me from giving this a full 5 stars. I'm not sure how durable it will end up being, because the fabric really is quite delicate. I think it's a great sweater overall, though, and do recommend it! I love the mock neck and capped sleeve look, so it's worth it to me even if it doesn't last for years. I'm pretty sure I'll get enough use out of it to make it a great value! Read more
