I got this for long car rides because of my herniated disc. The material feels really nice, and the strap keeps it in place, which I love. It gives light support for the upper back, but the hollow center means it doesn’t fully support my lower back, and over time the shape softens a bit. I use it every day and it’s helped my back. I had a product somewhat similar to this that I had purchased from a chiropractor, which is now tearing up. This support is made from better materials and seems more durable. I recently ordered another one. The only difference between the two is that the first one has a single fastener on the back while the second one has two fasteners. Comfy, feels great driving long distances, easy to adjust. Move up and down until you find comfort. I also recommend adjusting your car’s lumbar and incline as the pillow will add some bulk, so I find leaning the chair back a bit helps it fit my back shape better. . Read more

Very comfortable. I work in an office and sit at a desk most of the day. My provided office chair has no lumbar support. I purchased this pillow in hopes that it would help support my lower back.
