I keep getting a box on the screen saying fill out your warranty however, I do not know how to select the choices given in the box. The directions that come with it do not mention it. If it is that back button which is difficult to get to I guess I am screwed. By the time I reach the button the box disappears. Disappointed

The first item arrived defective. The screw will not go in fully. I could not screw in the monitor stand. The replacement item arrived in the box that was damaged in two places. The outer box was fine. I was so disgusted that I did not care to open a box and check the item. So, I do not know if the monitor is OK. Why is it not possible to receive a non-defective in a non-damaged box? I am sending both items back. Very disappointed! I would have given it no stars if I could. Read more
