I keep getting a box on the screen saying fill out your warranty however, I do not know how to select the choices given in the box. The directions that come with it do not mention it. If it is that back button which is difficult to get to I guess I am screwed. By the time I reach the button the box disappears. Just put this monitor together. It was simple to do. So far, I LOVE the picture - sharp and clear. Coming from 21" to 27" is larger than I thought. I am connected with an Apple mini. I needed the monitor to be higher than the pedestal that comes with it. But the base is large enough for that adjustment. Read more
Needed a monitor for PS5, great quality. Much better than 4k TV I was using. Eye saver mode helps with darker gameplay/ movies. Make sure to have a speaker system, no port for audio. Read more
The first item arrived defective. The screw will not go in fully. I could not screw in the monitor stand. The replacement item arrived in the box that was damaged in two places. The outer box was fine. I was so disgusted that I did not care to open a box and check the item. So, I do not know if the monitor is OK. Why is it not possible to receive a non-defective in a non-damaged box? I am sending both items back. Very disappointed! I would have given it no stars if I could. Read more
