Samsung Galaxy Buds True Wireless Earbuds - Silver Renewed

For several reasons I have had a really hard time looking for buds. I didn't even look for them for a long time because I knew it would be a tough journey. In-ear headphones have ALWAYS hurt my ears, they never fit right -- when the bud part is interchangable I have used all the sizes and they always pop out of my ears after a few minutes. Not only did these fit right out of the box (I didn't have to use the other sizes), they sound AMAZING which I wasn't aware of at first because I MOSTLY use these for work calls. But one day I decided to focus on work by putting on some tunes using these instead of the speakers in my house, then I turned it up and I couldn't believe how amazing they sounded. THEN I proceeded to rock out and with all my dancing and shaking my head, they STILL didn't fall out! I've been able to wear these for 1-2 hours without pain and I am just incredibly impressed. Also, I bought the Amazon refurbed ones for cheaper and really have not had issues. I am sad they only pair with one device at a time, I did like my older Bose over-hear ones for being able to connect to my phone and computer at the same time for calls and such, but it's the only drawback. I've yearned all my life for a pair of earbuds that would never slip out of my ears, I have finally found them. I also gave them a name after their personality (it suits them well) When I used them I was on cloud nine, they both worked well, connection is easy if you know what you're doing and not over the age of 50. I have been a bass-aholic all my life, spoiled with rich in quality devices (my dad had a Harmon Karon headset when handsfree law just came out and he didn't have a newer car to connect his phone with) I would use his headset when he wasn't using it for work and everything about these earbuds revived those memories of begging to use that headset necklace for me. Bought A refurbished pair and it worked pretty good for only 2 months and then one of the earbuds Would only barely play at the lowest volume no o matter what I did or how many times a reset the app or and my Bluetooth connections. Actually thought one earbud Was broken until I tried it by itself and barely heard a faint noise. I even tried to just use the wonder working nearby. Because I could still hair good... But when I tried to visit on a phone call nobody could hear anything, So the microphone must have been attached to the broken one or something ? Idk but I've just put in a return request, mailed them back to seller at UPS and am awaiting seller decision whether I will get a refund.... I was hoping the refurbish ones would actually work and have a better guarantee... we'll see. I will update this review after they make their decision. But overall I do not even recommend any refurbished electronics at all off Amazon, no matter how good the price looks lol. I guess I got what I paid for with that discount lol Read more

They're NOT in "excellent" condition for sure. They are "ok" at best. The case was severally scratched and scuffed. Received them today and they barely held a 2 hour charge after charging fully. I am going to drain them again and update. Read more

The ear buds are very pretty. But the first set I received had a dead ear bud, and the replacement pair was almost as dirty as the first pair. Both had earwax on them, which I do not want to see on a 'renewed' product. Getting a replacement pair for the first set was easy. Return did not seem to be an issue either. Read more
