Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 44mm AI Smartwatch w 1 5 AMOLED Wear OS 5 Wi-Fi Bluetooth Heart Rate

My galaxy 3 was still going great but was not supported and I had a birthday coming up so I decided to upgrade a bit. Didn't really need a bunch of health apps and figured the Galaxy 7 would be a good choice. The seller was a couple of days late but the price was good so it wasn't a big problem for me. The watch is great. Love the bigger screen(44mm) and it has a very clear display. It detects my wrist tilt to view it very well. I have the display always on so it is dim while I am wearing it and brightens when I look at it. Also have tracking running and the compass on the watch face. The battery is good as it will go at least two days before needing a charge. Got a magnetic strap and a glass/watch protector for it and it really looks slick. It connected with my Galaxy S23 and I didn't have any issues setting it up. Most time was spent looking thru watch faces. Had it for over two weeks and very satisfied. Read more

I originally bought the smaller version of this watch. Neither description mentioned the band size. I'm a big guy. The smaller watch looked and felt tiny on my wrist. I had to use the last hole in the band. I sent that one back and got this larger size, with which I'm much happier. It's so convenient to look at the watch for notifications instead of pulling my phone out of my pocket. It's not practical at all, but you can even watch YouTube videos on the tiny screen. The resolution is good, but the picture is just to small. I'm still waiting for the FDA to approve this watch for measuring your blood pressure. That's a novelty, not a deal breaker for me. For older folks, the age of Dick Tracy is here. It's not really practical or private, but yeah, you can have a phone call on your watch. Even without a cellular transceiver in the watch - as long as you phone is connected and in Bluetooth range. You can customize the many optional (& free) watch faces with information that's important to you. It's really handy to see the weather at a glance, too. Don't worry about the wonky country/region selection! The unit sent to me is set to the Middle East and Africa region. This should have been made clear on the product description, as it should have been clear it was being ordered from the United States (this is my only reason for removing a star). However, as the included slip indicates, if you select a country (even an incorrect one), the watch still successfully syncs to your phone and then your country is set correctly in the software. So I don't think it's an issue. The box included a USB-A to wall plug adapter (but it doesn't really match the color or style of the rest). It also included a sport band, which is a nice touch as I didn't expect that to be included. The watch works great so far - I am happy with it and it's a big step up from my Fitbit. The battery life is pretty good - I read online that people need to charge it every 22 hours or so, but I've been wearing mine 24 hours and it's only at 60% battery. I disabled the "always-on" watch dial face, so mine only turns on when I shake my wrist. But I don't check the time or weather or my steps very often, so this setting is ideal for me. :) Read more

This Samsung watch 7 I purchased is a great watch. It works fantastic. I wore it all day including all night and the next morning the watch still had charge of 78% the size and accuracy of the watch is perfect and all the features are awesome. The functionality of the Watch Works fantastic with my new Samsung S25 Plus. Note, it will not work with an older phone like my old S9 Plus. Read more
