I love this tv and the teak frame. It is beautiful and easy to use. Love how it looks like art while on. You can also place photos of friends family and upload to display. Beach Camera customer service were the real stars of this purchase. The diligence and communications during the period necessary to straighten out MY mistake was above and beyond. I love this TV. Having a TV that didn't feel like a bulky, wiry box is important to me. The Frame with a white bezel creates a wonderfully clean look in the living room. I hid the Frame's single wire in the wall. I LOVE that there is one remote and the TV's box can be easily concealed. Picture quality is great, apps are easy to navigate, and I do not experience lag even though my connection to the internet is wireless. To note: during setup, I did not give Samsung permission to show me ads, so I don't get the ads some reviewers have mentioned. I also do not use Siri/Alexa or any voice recognition tech with the TV. Maybe these decisions had an effect on load times. I took one star off because adjusting the brightness of the screen is a little cumbersome. The "smart (intelligent?)" auto adjust wasn't cutting it for me so I disabled that feature. But then there's no quick way to adjust brightness manually. Overall, great TV. Recommend. Read more
Somewhat confusing to use at first, if you aren't already set up with smart apps, alexa, smart things, etc. But once it was set up and hung on the wall, it looks and works like a charm. Beautiful! Really does look like a framed picture on the wall. Read more
Don't say it will come with the bezel and not send the bezel. Too annoying to request the missing parts. Read more
