I have had a portable charger that was better than this one yet after a couple years and a few drops it’s done for. I didn’t repurchase it because I was being frugal so I guess you get what you pay for. So far there’s nothing wrong with this one, I think I can just tell that after one drop it’s done for. It charges up my phone at a decent speed, not fast and not slow. And it actually holds a lot of power, it can charge mine and my daughter’s phones before needing to be plugged in. When it is plugged in though, I feel like it charges up pretty quickly. The stand is a bit flimsy so we don’t use it. I would say it’s definitely worth the cost. I’ll be back if it stops working any time soon. Read more

Super cute but does not last long enough to fully charge my iPhone 14 plus. The charging went from 100% down to 10% within minutes and a message popped up on my phone saying something about there being liquid present or something? Not sure what that meant, but I was really excited about this. Just won't be worth using while out since it will not fully charge the phone. Read more

I got this because of it's size and to be able to use the kickstand to hold it upright like shown in the picture. But if you don't have an Apple product it can't be used that way. It's still small and compact but it doesn't attach to the bottom of the phone you have to use a cable just like any other battery charger. Read more

purchased for trip abroad. Fully charged prior to trip. Once arrived, checked charger for power level, showed 100%, and plugged into iPhone 12 Pro Max (phone @ 37%) . Charged well and quickly. after use, plugged charger back in (showed 20% after full iPhone charge ). Next day, after full recharge, attempted to use portable charger again and would not stay connected to iPhone. Would connect and disconnect after a couple of seconds. This kept happening. Unable to use portable charger after first charge. Would not recommend Read more

I purchased this item and it worked perfectly! The unfortunate thing is that it broke after a month of purchase. Taking the cap off and the entire charger snapped off. I was extremely disappointed that it didn’t last! Read more

I own another portable charger that I like, and that has enough battery capacity for about 2 charges. However, it requires the phone to be connected via a charging cable, which can be a little cumbersome to move about with. I wanted to give this one a shot as it plugs directly into the base of the phone without need for a cable connection. There are definitely pros and cons to this. On the one hand, there is no wire snaking from your phone to your purse as you use it while it is charging. Also, I like the digital display which tells you exactly how much battery life is left. The display is large and easy to ready. I was surprised by how quickly the phone charged as well over time, as it seemed to start off slow (charging only 1% more while the digital display went down by 5). However, after leaving it alone for a while, I noticed that the phone had charged another 40% while the battery dropped another 40. The charging rate of course, seemed a bit confusing because of this. Perhaps the phone began to charge more quickly while using the battery life at a better rate because I left it alone instead of using it simultaneously. If so - then the difference between simultaneously using the phone and leaving it to charge undisturbed is very significant. If that is not the issue, then I can only chalk it up to an inaccurate digital display. One way or another, I found that this portable charger can only recharge your phone once - and possibly not to full capacity. This makes it useful for emergencies but not totally ideal if you are in situations where you may need more than 1 charge. While plugging it directly into the charging port of your phone (rather than connecting the charger with a cable) is less cumbersome in SOME ways, I found that it was ultimately still a bit clunky. It makes it awkward to type as it’s in the way of the bottom of your palms, and your phone also weighs significantly more with the charger attached. There is small piece on the back of the charger that you can extend to turn it into a phone stand. This is useful if you’re on a video call and want to rest the phone on a table. However, the extendable piece is pretty flimsy, so this is not the most stable phone stand. It’s likely to topple over if the table wobbles or you try to type while the phone is mounted. It’s still a useful charger to have around and ultimately, it’s probably best to note the pros and cons before deciding if this is the right charger for your needs and lifestyle. Read more
