They do not obstruct pedal functionality in any way. Shipping was super fast and the items were packed efficiently. The trunk/cargo liner may take a few days to lay flat as that particular piece seems to bend slightly in shipping transit. These liners are also very easy to install. Just lay them in place and press them down to ensure they settle into position. That's it. I highly recommend these liners.
