Runs a bit big, but pretty good quality
I bought this for an on-site job interview, since it's been a minute since we've done ANYTHING onsite, and I'd long since retired my old office wear. It's very pretty, looks just as pictured, and, for the price, the quality is decent. This was part of a three-piece purchase, and (don't laugh) I was just off of watching Severance and Helly R.'s wardrobe was a whole damn mood, and her colour matching for her red hair was perfect, so, as a redhead, I decided to just copycat the look as best as I could. And this sweater fit the bill. I paired it with a teal skirt and nude low heels and one of the first things that the interviewers said to me was how coordinated the outfit was, with one woman asking where I bought my top. So you'll get compliments. This is NOT a sweater. It is a knit, but it's a very lightweight knit. It's not designed with thermal insulation in mind. You should find it suitable for spring and fall, and likely most of summer too. In winter, plan for a cardigan. As for the fit, I found that this sweater runs a bit large. I believe this is an Asian company. I typically wear a small or medium in clothing sold by Asian-based companies (xxs - xs in North American sizing). I had ordered another one of these sweaters in a M and I was swimming in it. I bought this one in a S, and it was still a bit big, but by then it was the day before the interview, so I made it work. My measurements are: BUST: 34B WAIST: 27in HIPS: 34in, so I'm fairly straight waisted, if this helps. I recommend this top for anyone looking for a classic crew neck, short sleeved knit. It is definitely business casual appropriate, but you can dress it down easily too. It's versatile due to its simplistic lines, and classic fit. Read more
