Absolutely love this skort!! I just bought 2 more after receiving my first. I am tall (5’9 1/2) and I find most skorts are just too short for me. I selected this one because the length looked just right… and it is! It’s very well made. The fabric is soft and it is just so comfortable to wear. I Love the pockets! Sizing was accurate, and I love all the color options. I selected XL and it fits perfectly (I’m 180). These are going to be wonderful for my summer wardrobe. I'm a 60-year-old gal learning to wear skorts. Finding the correct size is the hard part. I ordered 2 navy colored, size 2x skorts from 2 different companies. Both skorts fit great around the waist. Both skorts were a true dark navy blue. One skort was 19", the other 20", so that didn't make a difference. I chose this brand of skort over the other because of the hip area and the softness of the fabric. This skort has more flare to it, is not tight on the hips, and the seams are smooth. I typically wear size 22W jeans. According to the sizing chart I ordered the 3XL. Sort of snug to pull up but not overly so. Waist fits comfortably. I prefer 9" inseam to avoid the shorts riding up with walking strides and thigh friction so I was dubious if I would get along with 6" inseam (yes I got a ruler out to measure). When I stand up from sitting I do feel the need to pull down and adjust the shorts. On my first walk in the skort of 1,992 steps I initially felt the shorts begin to ride up and thought oh no. I continued the walk without adjusting to see what would happen. I avoided adjusting the shorts throughout the walk and the shorts did not ride up any further and I had no thigh friction. The skirt: I love how it is made, as a gal with hips, the back hem is always noticeably shorter than the front (you know hanging to my knees yet the back hem is just at buttocks level- I hate that). I like the extra flair of material in the back skirt panel. When I got home, I checked the mirror to see if the shirt portion rode up my backside. It did not! My phone fits in the side hip pocket. While I would prefer 9" inseam shorts, this initial walk shows me and gives me promise that I have found a cute skort that comes in multiple colors. Read more
