This is the perfect swim skirt. It's super pretty. Covers the parts you don't want seen. It's slim fitting though, so it still shows off your body. In a good way. Its not too long or too short. What I really need is an ankle length one so I can cover the bad tattoo I got in mexico, but that would just be silly. Besides, I don't think they make them, but I digress. I brought it to Disney World with me and felt very comfortable in it. I was able to walk around the pool area feeling pretty good about myself. This skirt is what I needed in the price range I could afford! It's high waisted, hits aboutmid thigh for me (I'm 6ft tall), and is modest. I tend to wear an XL and bought a size up so that it fit comfortably and a smidgen looser. I do not think this is a true tummy control swim sport. It helps a little, but not like compression athletic leggings or compression bike shorts. I have only wore this skort once but the fabric feels and seams feel sturdy. The pocket is about the size of a credit card. I don't think the pocket would keep something safe and secure while swimming. Read more

Seems to be good quality, shiny poly, however I followed the size guide and saw zero tummy control! Also much longer than what I wanted which was as swim bottoms so I had to return. Would be ok as a long skort for day to day just don’t expect tummy control Read more
