I feel like the designer took the best features of the button down cropped sweaters that are available on the market and punched them into one cute and comfortable find! The material is acrylic but it doesn’t have the feel or smell of synthetic material. It is breathable and very soft and cozy. It is warm but you could easily wear something under it and be comfortable. I ordered a size small and it is TTS, keeping in mind it is supposed to be over sized by design. The buttons elevate the sweater and make it interesting and the colors are rich and do not fade with washing. I machine wash this and lay flat. Adorable! Nice chunky knit, although it is acrylic, so it’s not too heavy. Not yet sure how it will wash up, but, I will not be putting this in the dryer. I would say this is slightly oversized and for me - at 5’3” - NOT cropped. Caught this on sale, so, it was a pretty fair value.
