I bought these for a renfaire and have been very pleased with them. The chunky heel lets them be worn all day without too much strain. I usually buy a size 5 and was unsure about having to buy a 6 (smallest size these come in), but they still fit decently. Maybe go half a size up? The toe is very pointy. My one gripe was that you can still see some of the lining where the laces are, making them look cheaper, but I'm still satisfied. Read more

I like these and I would give them a 4 star for their good looks and comfort. I’m 51 and I wore these to an all night Halloween event. No problems! The reason I knocked it down to a 3 is because they are so wide. I could never cinch the boots tight enough. They felt like they should require thick socks. That being said, I wore them all night and I was impressed. I bought them thinking I would wear them for regular use after Halloween, but I probably won’t because they don’t look like a great fit.
