I purchased this to wear to a last minute fundraiser gala and was NOT disappointed! It was extremely comfortable and very flattering! The slit is just high enough to be sexy but elegant and revealing. There is a thin elastic line that clings to your skin to hold it in place so even when I was dancing, I didn't have to tug or pull up on the strapless side. I second another review I saw that it did need to be ironed due to wrinkles in shipping, but it was very easy to iron. It was machine washable too! I purchased the deep green and it was a rich, beautiful emerald green. The fabric is thick so no peek-a-boo undergarments.
