The elastic in the belt doesn't last that long and I kept having to tighten the belt. These belts are not meant for overweight people or meant for everyday use. I kept having to tighten the belt because the elastic wears out so quickly so it very became difficult to tighten the belt as I would have to pull and stretch it through my pants loops because I kept having to tighten it.
