Everything you need to install these hooks is included in the box. You get all the hardware including screws and drywall and concrete anchors. Installing them was a little difficult because of where I chose to put them on the wall combined with having to feed the screwdriver through the base. However, I did get them installed. They didn't seem too sturdy tt87rhough, a little loose (despite screwing them in all the way). I suspect it was an issue with the drywall anchors. Yet for what I needed these for, they worked well.
