I am so glad WavelyDx exists. Any parent of a baby or young child knows the uncertainty that comes with "does my child have an ear infection? Do I need to take them to the doctor? Can I get time off work to take them in? Can I even get them an appointment? If it is the weekend, do we need to go to urgent care?" Etc. etc. It is incredibly helpful to be able to use our phones to see if it is likely or not that a kid has an ear infection. It helps me feel way better about assessing if we actually need to go to the doctor or not. I'm so glad this was invented. It took a couple tries to learn how to get the right angle with the ear tip, but once you get the hang of it, it is easy. Read more
We have twin grandsons who are in the prime age of picking up just about any germ/sickness so I was really excited to give this a go. I could see how it would be very beneficial to have after office hours or on the weekends. That being said, I was very disappointed to find out that you have to have an app WITH a subscription in order to get the full use out of it. I will add that the step-by-step directions are very clearly written and easy to understand & follow. Read more
The app requires a subscription to use it which is not mentioned anywhere in the description of this product. The subscription is $10 per month ($120 annually) or $84 annually if an annual subscription is paid for up front. I scanned the included barcode and was taken to a site that said an app for Android is NOT available at this time. However I tried going to the Google Play store and found that there is in fact an app there. After installing the app there is a claim that "You can use the app as a guest with limited features for 7 days" but that is simply not true. I tried to use the app as a guest but it would not let me and requires an account to be created. I am not interested in giving them my email address or any other personal information. They are already selling these disposable ear tips, there is no need to add another paywall to use their app and obtain personal information. That ruins what would have otherwise been a possibly innovative product that I was unable to test out. Read more

This is a scam. Do not buy this product! Read more
App requires a subscription. The listing says Apple only but it's available on Android in the Google play store. Their website says it's $5 for the subscription but the Android app says it's $10. You can get a 7 day free trial as a guest with no sign up but you can't even use the app without creating an account. All these issues make me weary of the products accuracy. Read more
Worked great! My kid had fluid in his ears and I was able to tell his doctor this on a telehealth visit. Read more
