Bought 2 of them for PC use and both have been completely trouble free. As seen in the pic, one is a 'daily driver' for the PC I'm posting this review on. It runs for 12 hours a day, every day in a non air conditioned room. Both also survived a 250 mile house move with no problems. The picture is still amazingly clear, crisp and bright, with HD videos on YouTube being a joy to watch. The tinny sound is not very good however, the one failing of these Sceptre's. We bought this for our new TV in the bedroom. This is a perfect size. Very lightweight and easy to install. Very easy to take off the wall mount to store when on the move and super quick to reattach when ready to use. Great picture quality and a great value... Read more

Other reviews on this....told me everything good and bad about this model. But at this price point ....this is great. Picture quality is great, the sound is okay (but I can understand other reviews ....that it's not a premium sound) most likely can make it better with a decent sound bar add on....but you don't know to do that. It's very understandable and it's not horriable bad either (just not as good as most more expensive models). I wish there was two HDMI inputs. Most of the time only 1 will be fine for me. But it be nice to have 2. But again I knew that and at this price point I think it is a good TV. I would buy again. Only giving it four....because its not a GREAT TV....until you remember what you paid for it....and then it's like: Oh Yeah this is very good at the low price. Read more

We bought it to fit into a tight space in our Park Model bedroom. The picture quality is great and the remote control has all the features needed for a great viewing experience. Easy to set up out of the box. Can't go wrong with this unit. I recommend it! Read more

I purchased this tv even though most reviews had issues with sound. The sound isn't the greatest but I get used to it. The problem I have is after a couple hours the sound doesn't match the mouth movement. I turn the tv off and on again and it's fixed. Not a huge problem but a real annoyance. Read more

I was surprised to find the TV included a DVD player. UPDATE: Two days later the unit is no longer available. I think they sent me the DVD model rather than back order the unit or cancel the order. (A good reflection of the integrity of the vendor in my view.) I have two 19" DVD versions of this TV and I'm happy with it. This TV can be modified for RV use - - If you're handy with electronics, soldering, installing connectors and jacks. I removed the back cover and found a very small connector labeled "Power Upgrade". Next to the pins are the labels "12V" and "GND". You can plug the TV into the 120V wall socket and 12V RV socket at the same time for "always ready" viewing. Very happy with my two TVs. Sound is poor (naturally) so use external speakers. Bonus: It's fully compatible with the newer Amazon Firestick remotes that have volume and on/off functions. Read more

The picture quality is quite acceptable. We are using them as CCTV monitors. The price was what drew our attention. Of note is the packaging. They came well packaged with a convenient strap to assist removing the TV from the box. Also, they came packaged with their own handy screwdriver to attach the base with. The remote and menu are intuitive and clear. We are quite pleased. Read more
