It is definitely sized right for medium to large dogs. It’s also rechargeable, which is way better than constantly hunting down batteries, and cleaning it off after she slobbers on it is super easy since you can just wipe the shell down. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is simply the engagement factor. Eleanor definitely loved it at the start, but it didn't constantly keep her attention. She would play for a bit and then lose interest and walk away, so it wasn't the "all-day" distraction I was vaguely hoping for.
