I wish I would have bought these long ago. Whenever I use my vegetable peeler, or do small chopping, I always cut my fingers. I used these on peeling potatoes with my vegetable peeler, and they worked better than expected. No cuts for me, and they helped me grip the potato without it slipping around. Im so happy! When I was done. I kept them on, and washed my hands to clean them, let them air dry, and now ready for the next time I do knife work.
