These fit snug without feeling incredibly tight, which is absolutely perfect. I had no issues with fumbling with my controls with an oversized glove (I had a pair of medium gloves previously). My index finger felt a little long, but I think that has more to do with my hands than the gloves. Fit is always very subjective depending on the person. They're comfortable, could wear them for an entire day's ride. I LOVE and choice these gloves in particular for the palm sliders. It was a bonus knowing they were Knox palm sliders as I love their gear (I own a pair of their pants). I've never had issues with Scorpion (I own two of their helmets) and their gloves are great too. The images you see are true to how they look on here. Maybe it's just the image showcasing the Knox palm sliders that don't really match what they actually look like, but much better in person. The Velcro straps feel great and don't seem to be showing any major signs of wear yet, but I've only owned them for about 6 months. These are great spring - fall gloves and not all that warm. They are pre-formed, so that definitely helps with comfort, and have just enough stretch so you're not tearing the seams like crazy. Read more
My hand measures just under 9" circumference and I got a size Large. These fit pretty good. Just a tad loose but my hands arent swimming in them. I dont think I could fit into a Medium If they end up breaking in and loosen up more, may need to size down but so far they feel good. Update: after riding with them for a week these are great gloves. That havent loosened up but they've broken in nicely. Gonna buy a second pair as a back up. Read more
I really like these gloves, they are well made and offer lots of protection. Initially they are a little stiff however break in well. The only complaint is they seem to bunch up slightly in the palm area while riding, but otherwise these are very comfortable gloves. Read more
The media could not be loaded. These gloves are outstanding. The leather is thick and the stitching is incredibly durable. They are firm when new but break in like a baseball mitt and conform to your hand shape and the way your fingers move. The carbon fiber knuckles are surprisingly comfortable and are effective against glass. I've got about 20k miles on them. Rain in England, desert heat, very comfortable. I do swap to a pair of MX gloves when I'm going to be off road for more than 30min. Temps down to about 45 or 50 degrees are fine. They are my favorite gloves and I bought a second pair in case the first ones finally give up, but there are no holes or thin spots yet. The only issue I've had is that the velcro closure on my right glove doesn't stay closed anymore. After a couple years of taking the right glove off to pay tolls, use my phone, pump gas, etc, it wore out a bit. I'm planning on stamping a brass snap onto that glove and use this pair for probably another year. Read more
I really like these gloves. Previously, I wore the predecessor, the Scorpion Exo SGS MK I. To make a comparison, the MK II version has updated knuckle protection. At first, I didn't like the look but they grew on me. The MK I had more of a natural human knuckle shape where as these have a split knuckle format with a more impressive translucent style. It retains the Knox scaphoid protection (palm sliders) that I can assure you is sturdy, as I found out with the MK I set of gloves in a low side accident a couple years back (for the record, they could have taken more punishement if needed.) Scaphoid protection is a necessity in a motorcycle glove. The MK II sliders are also placed closer together compared to the MK I. I will not use any less in that regard. The stitching is regular, not kevlar like the MK I. In my previous set of MK I, the leather came apart at the stitching due to the fact that the kevlar stitch was stronger than the leather. As far as newer additions are concerned, there are rubber molds over the digits on the MK II gloves which will obviously help protect your fingers even more. The MK I gloves simply had venting over the fingers. With additional padding, the cuff on the MK II also seems to cover the wrist a bit more than the MK I style along with a longer velcro. As far as fitment goes, I wore a medium in the MK I and wear a medium in the MK II. The gloves were stiff at first but have started to form into my hands after a few days of riding. The inside pinky on the left hand was a bit uncomfortable and the palm of the right hand seemed a bit loose but not enough to complain about. Palm sliders are a must on a riding glove. If you’re unfamiliar, look them up. They have the ability to prevent serious arm injuries. These gloves feature Knox sliders, arguably one of the best sliders out there. On top of that, the glove seems to be well made and fits well (though they are a bit tight at first, they wear in nicely). When you fall, you instinctively put your hands out in front of you. When those hand hit the pavement, you’ll be glad you had a decent pair of gloves with palm sliders. Read more
