We installed this and within a week, the front was busted. Okay. It's a school and kids can sometimes be rambunctious. So, we replaced, and within 2 weeks the second was busted. Not going to buy another one. Now we have a box of soap (that is expensive) with no dispenser. Read more

I've mounted two of these in my bathroom - one beside the sink, the other in the shower. Mounting wasn't difficult, and the wall template provided was useful. Mine don't leak. The size is right. Once you remember where the button is to replace the soap bottle, it's an easy replacement. My one complaint is that you're locked into buying the Scott-brand foaming soap. I haven't found any others that work well; they've either been too thick or too thin. The Scott-brand foaming soap works well in the dispenser, but it's comparatively expensive. And you'll need to remove the nozzle from the bottle every week or so to allow air into the bottle, so the soap will dispense, because the plastic bottles have no way to breathe. Read more
