I’ve tried so many pimple patches over the years, and these are by far the best I’ve ever used. They stick really well even overnight and actually stay on, which is rare. They’re super thin, almost invisible on the skin, so I can wear them during the day without feeling self-conscious. And the biggest thing, they actually flatten my pimples fast. I’ll put one on before bed and wake up with the spot basically gone or at least way less angry and red. If you struggle with breakouts or just get the occasional annoying pimple, these are a total game-changer. I always make sure I have a pack on hand now! Highly recommend Read more

Overall, these are pretty good! These go on easy, stick through the night, and can take some facial movement (eating, talking) without falling off. They don't really do anything special though, but seem to be a good, standard acne patch option. tbh though, value-wise these are just okay. This is basically the same price as the leading competitors, but without the positives that come with them (better sticking, clearness/invisibility on skin, included treatments, etc.). These are a 4 star product for me. Read more

I love these and have literally been waiting for them to be available on Amazon. I used to use Hero patches, but switched to these because I think they work better and they’re less bulky! Read more

Hydrocolloid acne patches are by no means a miracle cure, but they do a great job at helping manage acne concerns. These SCRAM patches are surprisingly large. I didn't take note of the 12 mm advertised size, but they're large enough to cover even the biggest and angriest pimples. Some exceptions might be some particularly volcano sized cystic acne, but, in general, the 12 mm diameter provides plenty of coverage. This makes them good for clusters of acne or wide open areas of skin, but perhaps not the greatest for corners and crevices like under or around the edges of your nose. I noticed that these patches are a bit thicker than hydrocolloid patches I've used from other brands like COSRX. This makes them a little less flexible, but are plenty stretchy and they do feel more secure when adhered. Because of the extra thickness, these are probably not the best to wear when out and about or under makeup. I'd save these for night time use. Generally, the hydrocolloid will pull excess moisture and thus the "gunk" from acne, but it may not necessarily always do so. It mostly happens if you pop the pimple beforehand or the pimple weeps naturally as it heals. Just because you don't see any gunk doesn't mean the patch isn't doing its job. After all, the biggest benefit of hydrocolloid patches is that they provide a physical barrier to shield your acne from additional bacteria and contaminants, especially from your hands that keep trying to touch it. Less touching means a cleaner environment to encourage healing. It also keeps your skin moist, another important factor in healing. At $10 for 36 patches, these are not the most economical, but they're a large size for ample coverage. I think the extra cost is likely due to the extra thickness, which can help with their durability and capacity to soak up stuff when wearing for an extra long while. Read more

These pimple patches definitely work. They are thicker than other brands I’ve used. This made it a little easier to get them off the sheet since there’s so slit or anything to help with this. For the price, I’d expect to get far more in the package. My go-to brand gives you more for nearly half the price. Read more

[SCRAM!] | ACNE PATCHES | CLEAR SKIN. NO DRAMA. | SIZE: 12mm | INGREDIENTS: 100% Medical Grade Hydrocolloid | COUNT: 36-Patches RESULTS: These hydrocolloid patches work exactly how they are supposed to: they absorb fluid from blemishes that have already come to a head, been gently opened, or are actively draining. On those spots, they help flatten the blemish by pulling out the excess fluid while keeping the area moist. The moist environment prevents crusting and scabbing, reduces irritation (which reduces redness), and supports faster healing with less chance of scarring (but, it is still so much better not to pop them, just wait!!!). LIMITATIONS: Pure hydrocolloid does not penetrate intact skin, so these patches cannot treat un-popped zits, blackheads (because, they lack fluid to draw out), or cystic/nodular acne buried beneath the surface. They can, however, still serve as a defensive barrier—reducing redness and irritation—by protecting the inflamed area from picking and bacteria. ADHESION & OVERNIGHT WEAR: They stay put well on clean dry skin (skip the moisturizer)—especially, on more even areas of the face. They are less reliable (sometimes the edges start to peel up) on bends and crooks of your face, or when blemishes fall on active expression lines. Whether they migrate to your sleep mask or pillow will be dependent on where you place them, and how actively you toss and turn at night (so far, I have only had one latch onto my sleep mask). HANDLING: Be mindful when pulling the sheets apart. A couple of patches caught on the neighboring sheet, and I had to carefully ease them back into place to prevent stretching them. KEY TAKEAWAY: These work well for reducing the size and redness of open or draining pimples. For buried and un-popped zits, they can protect the area from increased inflammation, but cannot treat the blemish itself. Read more
