My hair has gotten thinner and can get a little frizzy in hot, humid weather. I use this product which controls my hair in humid weather. I can even wet my hair a little the next day and comb my hair with my fingers and my hair doesn't look bad!. I wouldn't go more than every other day without washing my hair though. I use this when I want a little more curl to my hair. I also use Scruples Twisted Curl Defining Creme when I want a softer look with good hold and no frizz. Scruples makes great products. Read more
My hairdresser first introduced me to this product. I have fine, short hair and it drives me crazy because it is so hard to get it to hold a set. He said that after I wash it, I needed to "get it a little dirty" (purely a figure of speech in the industry, because I thought he'd lost his mind). Most spray gels are pretty rigid after you spray them on, but not this one. The spray is fine and it gives texture to my hair, which I don't usually get until the second day after I wash it. I bought my first bottle from him, and then started ordering from Amazon when I could find it in stock. The pandemic made it more difficult. Amazon website has even stated that it is hard to come by, so I usually buy more than one bottle. It is not overly expensive for the amount you get as well as the results. I have naturally curly hair, and I've tried multiple sea salt sprays so I wouldn't have to use so much other product that weighs down my hair, but all of the others I have tried left my hair frizzy and actually took the curl out of it, but this stuff is not like that at all.
